Trailer Reveal: Too Hot to Handle by Tessa Bailey

A note from the author:

The TOO HOT TO HANDLE book trailer is what you get when you combine three things: 1.) Craigslist 2.) Trespassing and 3.) Last minute favors from your musician brother.

I tend to get a little impulsive. Like many authors, I wanted to see scenes from my book acted out on screen. So I placed a Craigslist ad for actors and a cameraman/director, without realizing how much work is required to film even just a two-minute trailer. Cut to a month later when I’m freezing my ass off on private property in Jersey, hiding behind my car from the 5-0 and realizing I have convened a bunch of strangers in one place on a Sunday morning because of a whim.

Read: impulsive.

However, I am thrilled with the product of this whim. I made some friends over the course of a day of filming, I had the extraordinary pleasure (and kick in the ass) of realizing my brother (who wrote and performed the song “Too Hot” on the trailer) is way more talented than I ever knew, and I get to share this trailer with readers.

Win mother-effin win.
