Sweet Filthy Boy by Christina Lauren
I can already tell that Sweet Filthy Boy will be one of those books I recommend people buy and read, then you all come back and tell me how glad you did and how worth it the purchase was. Yes, it is a bit of a higher-priced book, but like a gourmet cup of coffee or dessert after dinner, you need to treat yourself to something really good sometimes. Sweet Filthy Boy is really good, really sexy, and really worth your pennies. It's not all of one thing; not all tragic story, not all sex, not all funny, not all romance, not all angst, and not all coming-of-age struggles. It's all of those things rolled into one lengthy story with a seriously hot man. Ansel and Mia make for a classically adorable couple that I want to know more about when the book ended. Sweet Filthy Boy is a definite must-read book, especially for those of us who believe true-to-life characters can have their fairy tales come true. [May 2014]
Wild Seasons Series Reading Order — Each can be read standalone
One-night stands are supposed to be with someone convenient, or wickedly persuasive, or regrettable. They aren’t supposed to be with someone like him.
But after a crazy Vegas weekend celebrating her college graduation—and terrified of the future path she knows is a cop-out—Mia Holland makes the wildest decision of her life: follow Ansel Guillaume—her sweet, filthy fling—to France for the summer and just…play.
When feelings begin to develop behind the provocative roles they take on, and their temporary masquerade adventures begin to feel real, Mia will have to decide if she belongs in the life she left because it was all wrong, or in the strange new one that seems worlds away.
