I've read this book twice and gifted it to many women in my life. It is hilarious and not your average "preachy" type health book. Kristann does an amazing job connecting with her readers. Her stories are real and relatable. I found myself laughing out loud all throughout her journey. She talks about the hard stuff but makes it easy to digest and with a humorous spin!
Her nicknames for body parts had me belly laughing. Her dread of working out has me yelling "preach!" Her struggle with weight-loss shows you that true happiness comes from a million other things, not just the number on the scale. Her books are an inspiration and she is such a funny writer!

To thong or not to thong? Is that even a question for a fat girl?
Challenges, obstacles -- we all have them and we all have ways of dealing with them. My way of dealing with them works great: I face them head on and repress how I feel. Don't judge. Repression works for me.
I walked slowly and quietly with my mail and tried not to make eye contact. I could feel him drooling as I walked by. Made me want to pull up my shirt and blind him with the whiteness that is my fat girl stoob.
What is a stoob you ask? It's when your boobs and your stomach fat roll become one. Don't laugh - you know what I say is true.
