I have been thinking about this story for a bit since finishing it. While I definitely categorize it as a darker book, it felt like a different kind of dark. Lucifer and Theia's story is an emotional ride through the pits of hell. The things both go through, Theia especially, are gut-wrenchingly cruel and heartbreakingly sad. That being said, their journey is a beautiful disaster. Everything about it seems almost too much at times, but not in a bad way. Even the chemistry and sex between them will overwhelm your senses. This isn't a book you blow through but one to savor.

Not only did I admire that smart mouth, but it turned me the fuck on. I used to imagine those lips wrapped around my cock, while her moans of pleasure filled my ears.

I craned her head back, presenting her flawless neck to myself.
Fuck. I want to leave marks on it already.

‘’Give it to me, angel.’’
His words are my undoing and I explode, mind-numbingly, into uncountable pieces, and he follows my lead, calling out my name.

I read. I create. I get in trouble. That is me in a nutshell. I live in a snarky, artistic, eclectic world where BDSM and Dark Erotica are high on my reading list. I yearn for a really raw, gritty book where the lead guy/girl is more like a villain and I am left completely mindf*cked. The more the usual lines of morality are blurred, the better. I am an Alice in Wonderland Freak, an Edgar Allan Poe lover and an ocean addicted mermaid. I like originality when it comes to my books. The dirtier, the better.
