This was a quick, spicy vampire read that focuses around Lissa, Joe, and Rory. I loved the underground fantasy world and the plot around how the three characters all intertwine kept me on my toes. Lissa and Rory have an immediate attraction but the history with Joe is hard to deny. Vampire romance always have a lust filled ambiance to them because they’re created in the shadows and born from dark desires and thirst. Vivian did a fantastic job at creating a decadently sexy storyline, showcasing the wants and needs of the characters while not straying away from the deep, true feelings between them.
