This is only book two, but I love this series. I love the old KA vibe...the funny rolled in with the emotion is what made me fall in love her writing. Dream Chaser is a bit different than the Dream Maker in that there's a D/s theme. I'm no expert on D/s relationships, but I know an expert (looking at you, Dear Mistress) and to me, this part of Boone and Ryn's relationship added nothing to the story. That being said, it didn't take anything away from the story either. There's a lot going on in Ryn's life....her dysfunctional family, being kidnapped (again), and she's been thrown into the middle of a bad cop investigation. If you're familiar with KA alphas, you know that's what they live for!! Dream Chaser is jam-packed with action, humor, romance and sexy times and the cameos from old KA heroes is icing on the cake.
