Let me start by saying I absolutely loved Mercy. She is a strong, fierce fighter in every aspect of her life and gives bad-ass a whole new meaning. She is thrown into the path of three alpha hotties - Roy, Sloan and Levi - and the tug of war between them all is intense. One of the things I enjoyed the most was the banter between the characters. Not only does it continuously build a crazy amount of sexual tension, it keeps the storyline insanely intriguing because you aren't ever sure where it is going. I wasn't even upset with the tiny cliffhanger of an ending because it just means there is more to come!

It’s an innocent enough gesture, but the touch of his fingers on my arm is electric, sending sparks flying and racing up my spine. I barely bite back a sharp inhale, pressing my lips closed and trying to keep my posture casual and relaxed. Jesus. I don’t know what it is about this guy that makes me react this way whenever he touches me.
I lick my lips, feeling my own body responding to his obvious arousal. My nipples are hard, pressing against the thin material of my sports bra, and there’s a throbbing ache between my legs. It’s a struggle not to push up and rub against the sturdy thigh that’s wedged between mine, but I’m trying to keep my distance, trying to ignore the thrumming, pulsing heat inside me that’s calling me to grind against him and give in to the pleasure I want to feel.
I can taste the anger on his tongue when he shoves it into my mouth roughly, can feel the frustration coiled just under his skin, and it echoes the same feelings in me. Arousal, irritation, and lust in equal measure. I want to punch him right in his stupid face for being a surly, controlling asshole, but at the same time, I want to keep kissing him. It stokes that fire in me, and I groan into his mouth as we crash around the small locker room, stumbling into walls and barely avoiding tripping over the benches.
From The Publisher
In Fairview Heights, there’s one rule everyone knows. Don’t cross the Black Rose gang. Not if you want to live.
My father broke that rule.
Now he owes the notorious Black Roses a favor, and to make sure he pays up, they’re taking me as collateral. Until Dad completes whatever job they gave him, three gang members will be my keepers.
Sloan, Rory, and Levi.
The boss’s son.
The man with a secret.
The flame from my past.
They’re all dominant, cocky, and hot as hell, and I know from personal experience that one of them is a damn good lay.
But none of that matters. They shouldn’t be allowed to run people’s lives like this, and I don’t plan on letting them get away with it. If they’re looking for a pawn in their little game, these guys picked the wrong girl.
Because my dad raised me to be a fighter.
And I fight dirty.
Fight Dirty is the first book in the Black Rose Kisses series. This is a reverse harem new adult enemies-to-lovers romance that includes high steam, violence, and foul language.
