I really enjoyed the first book in this series, and I am still completely invested in the story, and cannot wait to see how it ends. I found this book moved a bit slower than the first, and focused more on the development of the characters, which I really enjoyed! The characters make this series a ton of fun, and the suspense behind the horror part of the story is a lovely contrast to the fun. It’s still low on the heat scale, and I think that may continue in the third book, but if you are willing to forego the sexy times, this book has a lot of other things going for it that will make it a fun read!
