Okay, so I had a serious girl crush on Jaybird after finishing this story! Damn, MA Foster. You laid it on thick! Although this would be considered "young adult", don't be fooled. It has a serious, mature storyline which you won't be able to get enough of. Jaybird may have reached celebrity status, but she is anything but. She has that natural cool vibe where she doesn't try to be relevant but everyone just wants to be around her. With the ups come the downs and the story follows her struggles with real, every day issues and some heartbreaking ones. Zach is just holding on for dear life and I loved his place in her life. The secondary characters were amazing. I found myself laughing often. A great series kick off!

Her hand slides from my hair to the back of my neck. She pulls my lips to hers and I roll on top of her, claiming her. A soft sigh escapes her as she parts her lips, brushing her tongue against mine. We’ve tried to slow down on the physical stuff, but it’s impossible to keep our hands off each other in moments like this.
I’m aware there are other girls in the room, but my eyes are permanently locked on Jay as she rocks her hips and wiggles her adorable ass in time with the music.
