Leave it to Tessa Bailey to see a picture and be inspired to write a hero. An AMAZING hero. He's an ex-con bad boy who falls instantly head-over-ass in love with an innocent, very young, very gorgeous girl. But this bad boy is also sweet, romantic and insanely dirty in the best way. Rory and Olive become that couple you love but, at the same time, you're so jealous of their chemistry. They're instantly obsessed with each other, but they both have issues that test their relationship. I had a smile on my face the entire time I was reading, and not just because of the many "one-handed reading" parts. I saw hints of stories to come (Jamie and a big, tattooed bouncer perhaps?) and I can't wait to see more of the Prince brothers!
I love all of Tessa’s characters, and this new adult romance is like her family-centered series. I was invested in knowing the 3 Prince brothers, I need the next 2 books ASAP. Rory was the bad boy Prince brother who loved fiercely, especially his brothers and the girl he saves. Olive may have been young, but she knew what she wanted for her life, and Rory was the man for her. I loved reading their romance, Rory made me swoon and Olive was not immune to his bossiness or how he took control of their interactions. Rory was a sweet, dirty talking ex-con with a heart of gold.
