The Last Wingman by Daisy Prescott

    Our Recommendation

A sweet, heartwarming and hilarious end to my favorite series by Daisy Prescott ❤ Although all books in this series can be read as standalones (I read them out of order), you will absolutely fall in love with this little town in the PNW and all of the fantastically quirky characters that live here. Jonah and June prove that not only do opposites attract, but the chemistry that's concocted when they do is explosive and life altering! If you're a fan of smart, humorous and endearing old fashioned love stories, read this book. Then check out the others in the series (especially Dan Dan the pizza man in book 4, he's my favorite! Link on the bottom 🍕 😉)

Jonah Kingston is the last wingman standing.
June Moxee doesn't care if he's the last man on earth.

I haven't exactly avoided relationships, but love has never been a priority. Solitude doesn't bother me and being alone doesn't mean being lonely.

Until she moved to the island and I had to reconsider everything.

June seems content running her yarn shop, knitting with the local church ladies, and avoiding me. She's a temptress in a hand-knit sweater. And for some reason, she's not a fan of mine. It might be the tattoos. Or the beard. Or the fact that we're polar opposites.

A woman has finally caught my attention. Too bad she thinks she hates me. Good thing I'm stubborn enough to try to change her mind.

The Last Wingman is a standalone, small town rom com in the Wingmen series. You do not have to read the previous books first to enjoy this book.

    & More!

People ramble about things that don't matter because we're too awkward, too afraid to share anything of importance for fear of being judged or mocked-or worse-ignored.
If you don't fail, you're not trying hard enough.
We stand here with open hearts and open minds, no longer acting from a place of fear or even reacting to perceived rejection. This is what falling in love feels like.

    OUT OF 5 STARS

I'm a single mom of 2 rad AF adults and 1 super cute fur babe. Hospital administration by day, yoga instructor by night, travel junkie, shoe addict, foodie and avid reader in all the spaces in-between. I got my love of books from my mama and honestly can’t remember a time in my life where reading wasn’t a daily priority. I’m a sappy hopeless romantic who’s a sucker for 2nd chances, mature characters, and serendipitous connections. In an ideal world, you can find me on the beach with an icy cold adult libation in one hand and my Kindle in the other.
