Lucy Smoke's Sick Boys are what dreams are made of. OK, honestly, if I met them or Avalon in real life, I would run the other way. However, it is super fun to read about them and pretend to be part of their twisted world for the time it takes to read the book. The plot thickens in the second book, as Avalon finds out more about who set her up, but the mysteries just keep piling up. There are definitely some dark themes in this series, and if violence isn't your thing, you may want to pass.
