Abe was sweet and smart, but when it came to Skylar, he was a bit of an idiot. He had to do some groveling, which is always a favorite part of mine to read. What made it even better was Abe asked for advice from one of the biggest jerk characters Sara wrote in this series, but who had found his own love story. Their interactions were hilarious. But, once they both put aside their misgivings and admitted to themselves that people make mistakes and forgive people, their relationship was perfect and swoony.
I laughed a lot reading this book, and it wasn’t just the hero and heroine, it was the side characters that Sara wrote into the plot. All of her books in this series have such great side characters and I loved Skylar’s best friend. She stole the show whenever she was in scenes and I cannot wait for her story.

I fucking love her. One swipe. One date. Sweet. Salty. Bratty. Kind - and all mine.

"Dry-humping you is neat and all, and I want you to stroke my cock, but what I really want is to fuck you. So bad."

I make a mental note to tell him he doesn't have to be such a damn gentleman all the time. It's okay to be dirty with me.

My first foray into the Romance genre came my freshman year in high school English, where the teacher had us all read books from several different genres. So, my first book boyfriend and PnR introduction, if you will, was Richard Merlin, from The Wizard of Seattle. Prior to that, I’d only read Fantasy or Sci-fi, with a little teen horror thrown in for angst. I was reading The Vampire Diaries decades before it was even a twinkle in the eyes of the producers. Now, I am addicted to PnR, always reading at least one book a week about vamps, wolves, angels, demons, Fae, or overall magic.
