As I expected, this book leaves off exactly where The Lies We Tell ended and it doesn't disappoint, throwing you right into the whirlwinds of built up angst and frustrated lust. There are more questions being asked about Winter's dads’ death. The mystery that surrounds it continues to throw you for a loop. The relationships she is developing with The Four continue to be what make me fall in love with this story again and again. Caiden, Weston, Cassius and Zayde are each so hot and swoon worthy in they own ways and the way they begin to really care for Winter will give you all the feels. Caiden and Winter's scenes are scorching hot! The way he cannot control himself around her will make you melt. Book 1 really set the pace for this story and I was so happy to see that Book 2 delivered on the same level! Major cliffhanger at the end that has me yearning for Book 3! HURRY!!!!

About This Book
Fuck. I needed those lips wrapped around my cock. In fact, I needed to be buried inside her, fucking her until she was screaming my name.
I had to grip the marble island on either side of her, crowding her in, to stop myself from touching her, doing something I shouldn’t, like picking her up and carrying her out of the kitchen and fucking her until she couldn’t see straight.
I was surrounded by her. All soft skin, tight, wet heat, breathy moans and sighs.
Eeny, meeny, miny, mo.
I've got a secret you don't know.
Caiden Cavendish is under my skin. The Four have switched from being my enemies to my closest friends.
But not everything has changed. Two truths remain...my life is still in danger, and my mother is hiding something.
So many questions, and no answers.
What secrets lie buried in Alstone?
The lies, the secrets, they'll come undone.
I'm the monster you can't outrun.
Note - this book is not a standalone, and should be read after The Lies We Tell.
