Colleen Hoover makes normal words into pretty things that create sentences. If that doesn't make sense in your head, climb inside mine, because it makes complete sense in here. But my head is completely drowning in tears right now, so I might not make much sense, and I'm definitely not making pretty things out of normal words like Colleen did in Ugly Love. Not since Hopeless has she made me ugly cry this much for fictional characters. Now all I want to do is snuggle up with her so we can talk about all of the feels. Oh, and while she's kissing my head and rubbing my back, I want to thank her for writing the hottest book she's written so far. (If you're reading this, Colleen, thanks for the future back rub and the fictional sex in Ugly Love.) Is Ugly Love worth your hard-earned dollars? Yes. Absolutely. Completely.

I don't care that I'm more than likely hurting him, pulling his hair, pushing him into me, doing whatever I can to reach a point so high I'm almost positive I've never been there before.
My arms are splayed out above my head, and his fingers are entwined with mine, and he's pushing, thrusting, living inside me.
He kisses me so possessively and desperately it would make me sad if only I didn't love it so much.

Synopsis
When Tate Collins meets airline pilot Miles Archer, she doesn't think it's love at first sight. They wouldn’t even go so far as to consider themselves friends. The only thing Tate and Miles have in common is an undeniable mutual attraction. Once their desires are out in the open, they realize they have the perfect set-up. He doesn’t want love, she doesn’t have time for love, so that just leaves the sex. Their arrangement could be surprisingly seamless, as long as Tate can stick to the only two rules Miles has for her.
Never ask about the past.
Don’t expect a future.
They think they can handle it, but realize almost immediately they can’t handle it at all.
Hearts get infiltrated.
Promises get broken.
Rules get shattered.
Love gets ugly.
