Holy drama and angst, Batman! Julie Johnson closed out this duet STRONG. Ryder & Felicity's story continues and it is full of frustration, heartache, passion and redemption. I loved the backstory of what their lives had been like apart since Faded and their forced reunion brought all of the emotions. My heart broke for Felicity in so many ways learning about her struggles but I totally swooned over Ryder and his faithfulness to her that his heart just could not deny. This duet was perfectly written to show the growth and journey of both main characters and the story flowed seamlessly. I wish there was more. I am truly sad their story has come to an end but what a way to go!

So here’s the truth I never said
A promise I can’t forget
For you I’d move the stars

We aren’t over. We weren’t over two years ago. We aren’t over now. We’ll never be over, no matter how much time passes or how much distance gets between us.

My lips are a spark, his are gasoline.

Synopsis

They warned me not to get too close.
Too bad I didn’t listen.
Enter a star’s orbit, it’ll burn you down to ashes before you know what’s happened.
And he was the most beautiful star in the night sky.
Singed beyond repair, I left Los Angeles behind.
Left him behind.
But I was kidding myself if I thought a few thousand miles of space would erase my memory.
And I was plain stupid if I thought he’d let me go without a fight.
They say the brightest stars burn out the fastest…
But the strongest loves don’t ever fade.

UNFADED is the final installment of a sexy, emotional duet about a jaded rock star and a starry-eyed songwriter. Due to sex, drugs, and rock & roll, it is recommended for readers ages 16 and up.

I read. I create. I get in trouble. That is me in a nutshell. I live in a snarky, artistic, eclectic world where BDSM and Dark Erotica are high on my reading list. I yearn for a really raw, gritty book where the lead guy/girl is more like a villain and I am left completely mindf*cked. The more the usual lines of morality are blurred, the better. I am an Alice in Wonderland Freak, an Edgar Allan Poe lover and an ocean addicted mermaid. I like originality when it comes to my books. The dirtier, the better.
