A dark, slow-burn is definitely the perfect description of this book. Sin & Shelby's story is extremely difficult at times. Triggers such as sex-trafficking, rape, abuse, drugs and more play a heavy role in their journey. Sin is a broken, mess of a man. His vice's out weigh his virtues for the most part until Shelby enters the picture. Her life has been nothing short of a tragic tale and the horrific trials she has been through would be enough to break even the strongest of people. Their connection is only one that can be created by loss and suffering. Out of that darkness there is a beautiful bond that forms between them. Even broken people deserve happiness and love and though the path there may be a slow and steady one, the pay off makes it all worth it.

About This Book
The girl’s eyes are wide as they roam over the inked skin of my bare back. In my drunkenness, I stripped down to nothing but my boxer briefs, and in the rush to check on our safety, I didn’t get dressed. The little rabbit looks at my body in intrigue with only a small hint of fear. I’d be lying if I said I didn’t feel that in my cock.
You’re like a fuckin’ flower. So delicate and sweet. You’ve got to grow in order to turn into that blossom. Then you can try to make people happy and spread that nectar you got inside you. Until you bloom, you can’t help anyone but yourself. Fight for the sun, blossom.
Put me in you, Shelby. Guide me home.
Alex 'Sin' Sinclair has spent the past two years being haunted by the ghost of his missing--presumably dead--sister. However, chasing monsters has its limits, and he often finds himself at the bottom of a bottle to cope with the pain. But when a woman is left for dead on his doorstep, he has a choice to make. Can he put his sister to rest and focus on saving someone who's still living?
My name is Alex ‘Sin’ Sinclair, and they don’t call me Sin for nothin’.
After losing the person who meant everything to me, I lived up to the connotation. Saintly behavior wasn’t in my repertoire when I f*cked countless women. I made my home at the bottom of a bottle, and my only acquaintance was heroin.
I existed in my own personal hell while I vowed to end the lives responsible for ending her.
Then I found you.
Feeble, alone, needy. Everything I don’t want. A distraction from the task I set my sights on years prior. I tried to resist you, but something about you calls to me. I’m not good for you, but the truth is, I think you’re exactly what I need.
I pushed. You pulled. I tried to protect you from my darkness. You fought to pull me into a different light.
We became distracted.
Unleashing Sin is a thrilling dark novel. A brutal stand alone with a gratifying HEA
