This was a really fun novella from Fiona's Love Bitten series! Athan is a dreamy vampire, Selene is his fated mated, and their instant attraction and subsequent affair is super hot. The supporting characters consist of a couple of other dreamy vampires and a best friend that I loved. I also loved the ring that Athan found a century ago that foretold of his mate. That was a great touch!!! I hope to read more about these characters very soon!

"Shhh, love. You need to keep quiet if you want me to continue." I pressed my lips to her ear, my hot breath causing her to shudder. "If anyone hears what you sound like when you come, I'll fucking kill them before I tan your pretty little hide and fuck you fast and hard until you remember your lesson every time you move the next day."

Selene threw her head back and cried out as she met me thrust for thrust. Her legs clenched around my hips, and her inner walls spasmed around my dick. "Fuck, yes!" I shouted as my body began to shake from the effort to hold back from my climax.

I shouted when she gulped the head of my dick down her throat. Selene moaned, and her hands palmed my ass as thought she was making sure I didn't stop. Her tongue swirled around my shaft, and she sucked hard, hollowing out her cheeks. That was the end of my control.

Synopsis

Athan Bancroft was drawn to a ring with a striking amethyst a century ago and has been wearing it all those years. He had no idea the piece of jewelry was meant for his destined consortβ€”until he looked across a crowded ballroom straight into eyes that were a perfect match for the stone.

Selene Brassard has always been fascinated by stories about vampires, but she had no idea they really existed. Or that she’d spend the rest of her very long life with one.

But will what her parents think they know about the vampire world destroy what Athan and Selene are building together?
