Once I got started with the McKay boys, I couldn’t stop. Like any addiction, I got a taste and couldn’t find a way to stop. The Rough Riders series revolves around the wild McKay family and their lives in and around Wyoming. The series MUST be read in order as each book refers back to the family previously featured in earlier books. They’re highly sexual, some sweeter than others, some just this side of deliciously nasty. The Rough Riders series is HIGHLY recommended.Read More
Finding, hating, agreeing to marry, then falling for a billionaire hottie is the epitome of every girl’s fantasy. Luckily for us, Jennifer Probst can write a good fantastical book with some delicious love scenes. [4/5 stars]Read More
I’d have rather read this on Lake Como and in the hillsides of Italy than lying in my marital bed. Maggie and Michael may have been the main characters of the book, but Italy its own character that wrapped up these two in a wine-soaked blanket of lust.
Simply, I loved this book. I read The Marriage Bargain several months ago, and I don’t remember liking it as much as I like The Marriage Trap. It’s a sequel, but only in that there are some of the same characters. The writing seemed better, the sex scenes seemed more intense, and the characters had much more depth. [5/5 stars]Read More
I hate/love when a book I didn’t expect to bring me to tears makes me cry like Tammy Faye. In between the (what felt like) decades of sexual tension between Lena and Mason, there’s a lot of self-discovery and emotion and drama I love. Definitely one to read. [February 2013]Read More
I loved reading this from Ethan’s perspective, but his voice seemed to be too simplistic for a successful security mogul. But then again, I’m not a man and maybe that’s really how they think. He loves his girl and will let nothing hurt her, not even himself. I can’t wait to read the 3rd! [4/5 stars]Read More
The writing in this book and its predecessor is impeccable. Other than having to know what happens with Livvie and Caleb, the writing is what pushed me through to the end of the book. I’m more than glad I was encouraged by others who’ve read it to read on. The dark, disturbing story is one I think should be read by anyone who reads romance or erotica for the knowledge gained by getting a glimpse into human trafficking. This is one of those stories that will live on in my mind, not just as a love story but as a reminder of the need for social change.Read More
