Recommendation
Dear Tate—You’re a big fat jerk, but dammit if that doesn’t make you even more lovable. Lauren found you, trusted you, you give it to her good, she gives it right back, and you live the definition of a Kristen Ashley alpha male. There’s not much I don’t love about a KA alpha male, except that you’re not really real, and the more I think about it, that’s probably a good thing because I’d be leaving my family behind for a life in the mountains with one of your kind. Your book is long and with a fair amount of depth (thatswhatshesaid), and it’s everything I love about falling into a Kristen Ashley book. Babe? Eyes. Yeah. Your admirer, Angie.
Excerpts
You want sweet dreams, lose the attitude and you might find I'll give you reason to have them.
Tatum Jackson, you're lucky you're a smokin' hot, badass, biker, bounty hunter who looks good in jeans and is a good dad and I love you or you would seriously not be worth it.
I tried to imagine Tate on ice skates. This vision didn't form in my brain likely because Tate's badassness reached across four states and halted such activity.
Publisher synopsis
She's ready for the ride of her life . . .
Lauren Grahame is looking to reinvent herself. After leaving her cheating husband, Lauren moves to Carnal, Colorado, and gets a job as a waitress in a biker bar called Bubba's. It's a nothing job in a nowhere joint . . . until Tatum Jackson walks in. Lauren has never seen a man with such good looks, muscles, and attitude. But when he insults her, Lauren doesn't want anything to do with him. Too bad for Lauren he's also the bar's part owner and bartender.
When the rough-around-the-edges Tate meets the high-class Lauren, he thinks she won't fit in at Bubba's. Yet there's more to Lauren than meets the eye, and Tate soon sets his mind on claiming her as his own. Before long, the desire burning between them is heating up the cold mountain air. But when violence strikes the town, Tate must reveal a dark secret to Lauren-one that may put an end to their sweet dreams.
