Recommendation
Another packed, powerful read by Isabella Starling. First, the cover won me over because DAYUM. Second, knowing one of the main characters, Miles, was a dark tattooed, muscular beast who loved to f*ck made Peep Show a must read for me. Isabella constructed a detailed plot full of emotion and tension. Miles is deeply disturbed and suffers from severe mental health issues. His obsession with Bebe kicks off early on in the book and the game between them begins. I enjoyed the “I dare you” aspect to their relationship because it really showed how far they would go for the other, though it was in some pretty delusional ways. There are some super dark moments in this book. If you are triggered by the aspect of rape or assault, I warn you to proceed with caution. Overall a pretty entertaining read that will have you in tears one minute and panting the next.
Excerpts
I wanted to know what she tasted like with me inside her. I wanted to know how sweet that cunt was after I’d forced orgasm after orgasm out of it.
Being vulnerable for him was the easiest thing in the world. Opening myself up to him was easier than spreading my legs every night for a different man.
The tears were spilling but Miles kept fucking, and I kept letting go for him until my body started going limp, my eyes threatening to shut completely and my legs kicking aimlessly at the bed sheets.
