I never knew. One minute I was flying high and the next I came crashing down so harshly the world shattered.
It was all a lie.
But then he came.
He came with his dark eyes and his cutting words and his cruel, cruel stare.
Grayson Rothburg. Recluse. Genius. Truth speaker.
My friend, Gray.
My real.
My hero in disguise.
He says I should move on. Change. And now he's offered me a diversion, a way to help me re-evaluate what's left of me.
The trouble is, I don't know how real that is either.
And I'm not sure I care.
Hannah’s transformation in this story is something magical. What is the saying? “Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned.” After her life is turned upside down, she falls down the kink rabbit hole thanks to a gentle push from Grayson. Her experiences are sexy and intricately detailed and the pull between her and Grayson is undeniable. There is so much mystery surrounding him and why he is keeping Hannah at a distance even though he cannot stop thinking about her. I cannot wait to learn more about why in the second book. I have been thinking about this story since I finished reading it. It is exciting, unpredictable, dirty and a perfect escape from reality.
A taste
Men both fuck, and fuck with people, to feel powerful, Mrs Tanner.
He’s like the other side of me, the part of my soul that felt lost before him.
Her hands grasp the sheets tighter, the gold chain lingering out to the side. I watch it moving as she does, glare at the fact that I can’t control it or her. Faster and faster his hand moves, the other one keeping her hip still under his assault. I can hear the sounds again now. Wet, thick sounds. She moans louder, making me push my dick down through my pants to ease the pressure. Damn thing wants anything but this separation. It wants inside her like those fingers are, her wet cunt wrapped around it.
