When a silent birthday wish sparks a night of insatiable desire, Erica wonders what will become of her relationship with her best friend, after the kiss.

This short story was the perfect little palate cleanser for me in between books. It is fun, charming and full of built up passion and chemistry. Isaac and Erica were childhood friends for 30 years and finally give in to their feelings. It is a feel-good tale that will leave you hopeful and happy.

A taste

"You hadn’t noticed my ass is bigger?”
His nostrils flared, craving and hunger filling him once again.
“I have.” His voice threaded on a deeper undertone than before. “And you don’t need to lose an ounce.”
He plucked the fruit from her lips with his tongue, and as bad as Isaac wanted to recapture her mouth, he gave her the reprieve to catch not only her breath but her thoughts.
She was buried in their mouths’ consolidation, upheaved by the allure of the kisser’s hunger, shaken by the lightning strike that splintered her flesh. Erica’s pussy pulsated, instantly drenching her panties as the kisser sucked in her breath, gave it back, only to reclaim it again.
