Recommendation

Pure KA epicness!! I’ve been waiting for this book for ETERNITY and it did not disappoint! It’s hard to keep a reader’s interest for over 600 pages, but Kristen Ashley does it well. I love Abel and Delilah, as individuals and as a couple. I love that instant connection, the hole that was filled when they met. I loved Abel’s family, the loyalty, love and trust between them. I love the bikers. I LOVE Callum and Sonia, and even started to love Lucian and Leah. There was that one moment where I wanted to get in my car, find KA and shake her. The story, the battles, the love, the heat. Pure KA epicness.

When you’ve been waiting years to read the grand finale to a beloved author’s trilogy, you pray it lives up to your expectations. And then, you spend 10 hours ravenously reading her words as she tells the wonderful story of Abel and Lilah, saving the world alongside the characters you’ve grown to love from the previous two books. Even if you have never read (or aren’t keen on) paranormal romances, Kristen Ashley writes her characters in a way that you forget the story has magic and fantasy in it. I did not want it to end, and then when it did, I had such a hangover. I know I’ll need to reread this again just so I soak in more of the story’s nuances. ~Marissa

Excerpts

"Even if it's to my peril, I think it's pertinent to point out at this juncture that you're in a serious fucking jealous rage and I haven't even kissed you yet."
"You opening your legs for me, call of the wild."
I stared into Abel's eyes as the words he sang poured into my soul, and I knew no matter what became of me, I'd live wild and free and full for the rest of my life. Because he would give that to me.

Publisher synopsis

Abel Jin and Delilah Johnson have lived their lives with a hole in their soul, yearning for something they don’t understand.

Until one night Delilah is in mortal danger and a man who’s otherworldly strong and supernaturally fast saves her. Delilah is then cast into a world where fiction comes to life in the form of Abel, her destined mate, a vampire/werewolf hybrid who claims her at first breath as his.

But Abel knows the danger isn’t done. He’s dreamed for centuries that his mate will perish and he will stop at nothing to keep her safe.

For Delilah, she’s not only coping with fantasy come to life, but a mingling of very different families. Not to mention, she has on her hands a man who doesn’t understand his true nature and has lived his long life thinking he’s a monster.

Abel and Delilah together fills the hole that has been clawing at them for decades. But finally finding each other, it also tips their destinies as the last of The Three. They must unite with the other destined lovers, who with Abel and Delilah, are fated to save the world.

Or die trying.
