Recommendation

I know I usually read and suggest M/M stories, but every now and then I come across a heroine so amazing I can’t resist! I have always said that Dispatchers are inherently badass and Leela was inspired enough by my day job to feature a character inspired by me in her addition to K. Bromberg’s Everyday Heroes world! This story is super hot and has almost all the things I enjoy! Sexy, red haired firemen, erotic audio stories, and creative uses for frosting! Do I think you should read it? Of course! Not because I am involved in any way but because it celebrates a strong, older woman being worshipped in the way she deserves.

Excerpts

I'm not playing with you, Malia. I want you bad and have wanted you for a long time. You want time to think…You've got it. If, and when, you're ready, let me know. I'll give you all the physical you want
"So any body part I dip in icing is your favorite flavor?" "It doesn't have to be icing. You're my favorite flavor no matter what the dish, sauce, or side is."

Publisher synopsis

When the ceiling of my apartment collapses, I find myself suddenly homeless and at the mercy of Jett “Jax” Jaxon, who offers me a place to stay.

How convenient.

He’s been trying to upgrade his friend status since starting at the fire station where I work dispatch. But love, marriage, and 2.5 kids aren’t in my future, and neither is Jax.

I know how that story ends—the hot as sin younger fireman fools around with the fluffy older woman. But someone like Jax could never want someone like me for keeps.

So, while I’m staying with him, we’ll remain just friends… Or so I try to tell myself. But what’s the harm in a few benefits?

If I set the rules, I can’t possibly get hurt.

Except—Jax isn’t just a fireman. He’s plain fire, and it’s only a matter of time before I get burned.
