Junk Mail is a really cute rom-com that will have you laughing the whole way through. Josh and Peyton had immediate chemistry and I loved their slow-burning romance. Peyton’s hilariously cute Granny was a great part of the story with her advice and loving interference. I liked the fact that there wasn’t any drama-for-drama’s-sake, just the usual man-not-thinking-things-through bump in the relationship road. This is the perfect read if you’re looking for something sweet, romantic and sexy.

Only Ever You by Siobhan Davis
I really enjoyed this one! There were so many emotions, so much angst, and so much lust in this book. Top that off with a bunch of twists and turns that kept me on the edge of my seat, and I couldn’t put it down! What’s not to love when you have a sexy, super-hot rock star and a strong, beautiful woman? Ryder and Zeta progress from friends to lovers, breaking each others hearts a few times along the way, but never being able to deny the chemistry between them. Pick this one up today, and you won’t be sorry!!! Warning, there are some dark scenes in this book which may be triggers for some, so if that’s an issue, proceed with caution.

Lord Have Mercy by Lani Lynn Vale
I am loving this new series by Lani Lynn Vale. It’s all about finally seeing the person you’re meant to be with when they’ve been in front of you for months or years. Flint and Camryn were funny together, starting out a little bit of enemies then moving fast to a relationship. Once they realized they enjoyed tormenting each other so much that it was actually love they felt for one another, the swoony and sweet moments were nonstop. There was a little bit of mystery, but overall the story focused on Flint and Camryn moving from enemies to lovers, how they deal with their new relationship amongst work drama, and past histories.

Time by Penny Reid
FINALLY, all the happy little sexy dances!!! I love Mona and Abrams story. The raw emotion and vulnerability that Penny has written in these characters is just plain and simple literary genius. If you’ve waited for the final book before reading this trilogy prepare to swoon, be dazzled, laugh hysterically, get utterly frustrated (both mentally & sexually), have your heartbroken, and in this final book… sweet sweet satiation! This book has relieved all my pent up energy from Motion & Space and left me fanning myself with all the sexy (and I mean SEXY) HEA feels ❤ Another FANTASTIC trilogy from one of the smartest and funniest in the biz!

The Careless Boyfriend by Erika Kelly
A little unrequited love that morphs into a wonderful and unique love story between former high school friends. I don’t know how Erika does it, her writing and romances have the perfect amount of highs and lows, sweet and angsty moments, interwoven with a small town, family dynamic. I’ve loved this series since the youngest brother got his HEA, and each book has only gotten better. Gray was so conflicted trying to be Knox’s best friend and not showing her how much he loved her when they were teenagers, but once she came back into his life, he wanted nothing more than to prove he could be the rock she needs and love of her life. Knox had a lot of issues to overcome before “seeing” Gray as anything more than a friend, but you will enjoy their journey together after she has her lightbulb moment.

Alpha’s Blood by Renee Rose and Lee Savino
Lucius had been bored for decades until he saw Selene, and realized she was someone who would challenge him. And boy did I enjoy reading about their challenges. Renee and Lee wrote some hot scenes, including a few with some BDSM machines that Lucius used for a little orgasm “torture.” Whoa, baby, will you need a fan when reading those scenes. Lucius was never cruel to Selene and he treated her like a treasure. For a centuries-old vampire, he was an alpha with a hidden heart of gold and you will swoon over him.

The Rose by Tiffany Reisz
I say this every time I read a book by Tiffany Reisz: her writing is impeccable and she has a gift for giving us crazy characters we come to adore. The Rose is no different. It’s a great addition to the Red Series, it’s bizarre and quirky and the erotic scenes were beautifully over the top. It’s a lesson in Greek Mythology, wildly entertaining and the sex is like nothing I’ve ever read. I don’t know how she comes up with this stuff, but I hope she never stops.

The Last Wingman by Daisy Prescott
A sweet, heartwarming and hilarious end to my favorite series by Daisy Prescott ❤ Although all books in this series can be read as standalones (I read them out of order), you will absolutely fall in love with this little town in the PNW and all of the fantastically quirky characters that live here. Jonah and June prove that not only do opposites attract, but the chemistry that’s concocted when they do is explosive and life altering! If you’re a fan of smart, humorous and endearing old fashioned love stories, read this book. Then check out the others in the series (especially Dan Dan the pizza man in book 4, he’s my favorite! Link on the bottom )

Snitches Get Stitches by Lani Lynn Vale
Liner is so swoony, alpha, sweet and he and Theo are so cute and funny together. If you read book 1, you’d have met the evil twin sister of our heroine so you knew the men of the Bear Bottom MC were going to take issue with one of their own falling in love and helping someone from the same family. They had a lot of prejudices to overcome and make sure Theo was safe from her crazy family while trying to figure out the mystery of why they’d want to control her. I enjoyed the part of the story where Liner figured out who Theo was, then did everything in his power to save her. They didn’t have a long courtship, it was almost a love at first sight scenario for Liner, once he figured out who Theo was, and she was just as drawn to Liner’s inherent goodness.

Eighty-One Nights by Georgia Cates
Fake romances are one of my favorite tropes. Hutch and Lou’s immediate chemistry told us it wasn’t going to be fake for long. I enjoyed these characters, both of them broken in different ways. Both of them thinking love is for other people and they are not worthy. Their story is sexy and romantic, even a little emotional. I love the passion Hutch has for Lou and the outright love Lou has for Hutch. There are a few surprises along the way and I can’t wait to see how it ends!

Eleanor and Grey by Brittainy C Cherry
Strumming my pain with her pages… singing my life with her words… killing me softly with this book, killing me softly with this book… telling my whole life with her words… killing me softly, with this BOOOOOOOOOKKKKKKKK! Do you ever read a book and stop to look around, because somehow the author has gazed into your heart and mind and put your feelings onto the pages? Like some Neverending Story shizz! Brittainy is a master at the craft of word weaving and I will forever read any story she puts to pages. 7 years ago I lost my mama, I am her ladybug and she was my dragonfly. My son even has a dragonfly tattoo in her honor. That being said, I felt this book in my bones. It is one of the most beautiful stories of love, loss and healing I’ve read in a very very long time. This book explores the depth of human emotion in the most poetic and touching way. If you’re looking for an ugly cry, roller coaster of a story that will leave your heart filled with joy, you need this book in your life. All the feels people. All. The. Feels.

Repeat by Kylie Scott
I have been waiting forever for this romance. I am not an audiobook person, so knowing I had to wait even longer for the Kindle version to release was unbearable. And it was definitely worth the wait. Ed and Clementine were so good together, trying to work through the old heartache and moving forward in their lives. Even though their breakup was devastating, Ed was never mean or dismissive of Clem’s new reality. I loved watching them fall in love, and even though it was the second time for him, it was all brand new feelings for Clem. Amnesia is one of my favorite, super small tropes that I love to read about, and adding in a bit of suspense and mystery to the story made this romance perfect. Kylie Scott’s writes awesome hero and heroines plus great side characters. I’m hoping we get more stories in this world because I want Ed’s brothers to find love.

Overture by Skye Warren
Sexy, angsty and totally taboo! Liam and Samantha’s story is filled with love and lust and waiting to see if Liam would act on his urges kept me on the edge of my seat. You can feel their connection. There’s a lot going on and the mystery of Samantha’s father is intriguing. I hope we learn more about Liam’s brothers and the rest of the secondary characters. I can’t wait to see where the story goes!

Angel Bonds by Lexi C. Foss
Buckle yourself in securely before you start this book, as it is a wild ride. Lexi has once again delivered an intoxicating story, where many of the secrets of her world are finally answered, and Stas and Issac finally get to have more of their story told. There were many times reading this book that I found myself crying, or laughing out loud, and sometimes doing both at the same time. Lexi’s world is so immersive, filled with moments that run the gamut from tense edge-of-your-seat moments to heart-warming moments to steamy, sexy moments. If you haven’t discovered her Immortal Curse series yet, what are you waiting for? You will not be disappointed!!!

Arrogant Devil by R.S. Grey
Oh, how I loved Jack and Meredith’s romance. It started out with character misconceptions, enemies-to-friends and eventually a nice slow burn romance with so many laughs in between. I was sending screenshots of my highlights to friends as my endorsement to go and read this book. R.S. writes such great characters and backstories, you will be sad about Jack and Meredith’s different pasts in one moment and then uplifted with witty banter and a little slapstick comedy. I am slowly reading through R.S. Grey’s books because I don’t want to run out and I’m loving every one of them. I cannot make you buy this book, but you will be missing out on so much fun, some sexy times, great side characters (Alfred the dog!) and maybe wanting to strangle Jack a time or 2 like Meredith envisions… after she’s mentally stripped him.

Shattered Stars by Shari J. Ryan
One of the things I loved about this story was Shari wrote half in the past, so we could see how Layne and Dani first met, fell in love and created the perfect family. Then we saw the current issues, watched Dani and Layne fight for the hope that a cure will occur. This story was definitely more character driven than I’ve read recently and it was a wonderful change-up. You will fall in love with Layne, the hot, sweet musician who fell in love with a single mother who did everything in his power to prove he was the man for her and that he would never give up on their love. There may be a few wet eyes, but I promise you will not be disappointed with this romance’s ending.

Alpha’s Secret by Renee Rose and Lee Savino
I just love gruff bear shifters. They always seem so dangerous and mean, but you give them their mate and suddenly they’re purring like a kitten. Grizz and Jordy might be my favorite couple of this series. Though you see some of the alphas from previous books, this focuses more on Grizz’s secrets and why he’s helping vampires. Then, he finds Jordy and now he realizes he has something new to fight for and help. I love how protective and angry he gets on her behalf, wanting to make her life better while also getting revenge for her. But Jordy is sweet and soft-hearted, so she just wants someone to love and take care of her. They were the perfect match.

Tomboy by Avery Flynn
My new favorite type of hero is the gruff, surly, wants-to-be-alone hero until the heroine cracks open his cold, dead heart. *le sigh*
I just wanted to hug Zach and then make Fallon give him all the love and kisses he could handle. I love the Hartigan family, but Fallon and Zach’s romance is my favorite so far. I was smiling and laughing from the first chapter, watching Fallon give attitude right back at Zach, and showing him that some people give their word and keep it. -
Joker’s Wild by Renee Rose
I was hoping we’d get Junior’s story ever since the first book when he does not make a good impression. I was worried I would not be able to forgive his asshole tendencies from the previous books, but Renee worked her magic again. Renee gave him a little gooey center with the normal, tough, alpha outside you expect from her heroes. And Desiree knew loving Junior was a bad idea but she was drawn to his take-charge manner with a sweet side he rarely showed to outsiders. I was not expecting to swoon a little bit with a few things Junior does for Desiree.

Sweet Fate by Laurelin Paige
I really enjoyed Dylan and Audrey’s brief relationship in book one. It was fun and really sexy. Book two started a little slow with Dylan being his usual grumpy self. I hoped that once he saw Audrey they’d get right back to it, but it was a slow burn. A little too slow for me, but it was totally worth it when they finally got together! I love Audrey, she’s one of the best heroines I’ve read in a while. She’s fun and knows exactly what she wants. The last couple of chapters are intense but heart-warming and this epilogue is perfect. Loved it!

The Panty Melter by Lili Valente
Three cheers for a well written mature romance Don’t let the name of this book discourage you, this story was more than just a few hot pages and melted panties. It had real life scenarios of what it’s like to date in your 40’s… complicated teenage kids, divorce, annoying ex’s, scheduling conflicts, hormones, not to mention it’s freaking hilarious, etc. It was really such a well composed story, and set in my beautiful state not far from home, what’s not to love?!?! Add in the most EPIC surprise baby bomb drop (like you have no idea what’s coming) and holy shebang, we’ve got ourselves a winner here!

Delivered by Eva Charles
Julian and Gabrielle’s romance was a little dark, a little angsty and a whole lot of hotness. It was a tough road they traveled down, and the secrets will shock you into silence. But, Eva showed how much Julian loved Gabrielle and the things he’d do to keep her safe, even if it meant a little heartbreak before they could finally have their HEA. Eva wrote some kinky and super steamy bedroom scenes that will have you needing a fan.
I also fell in love with Julian’s brothers, so I hope Eva gives us their stories. -
From Breath and Ruin by Carrie Ann Ryan
Carrie Ann Ryan’s From Breath and Ruin takes the reader on an epic journey. Lyric is a brilliant heroine who is mystified by the world she finds herself in, and Rhodes is a lovable book boyfriend who is kind, protective, and of course, magical. Their story is full of intrigue, betrayal, and danger that will leave you on the edge of your seat. There is more drama than romance in this one, and their story is not yet complete at the end of the book. Start this new series today, and you won’t be sorry!

Space by Penny Reid
Another week…another week in the maddening presence of these 2 star crossed lovers! Years have passed, but the chemistry remains the same. Will he recognize her? Will she apologize? Will the earth tilt on it’s axis enough to finally collide their 2 universes? Motion, their worlds are in fast motion and they can’t freeze time long enough to fully experience all that is them. I LOVED the cast of this edition! So many great supporting characters to keep this story interesting and engaging. I ate this shit up faster than cotton candy at a county fair. Sigh… but alas, cliffies give me heartburn, so I’ll be counting the days until Time is FINALLY in my hands!

A Lesson in Thorns by Sierra Simone
WOW! My mind is still reeling from this book. It was so intense and there was so much going on! But I loved every word. Sierra Simone weaves a brilliant story intertwining these six characters so beautifully. The ones you think are strong often and freely show their vulnerability, and the ones you think are vulnerable show just how strong they can be. It’s intense, mysterious and very sensual. There’s a lot of kink happening here…m/f, m/m, f/f, m/fm, you get it ALL!!! This is definitely not a book for everyone, but I was hooked from page one.

Advice From A Jilted Bride by Piper Rayne
Piper wrote another great romance that is all about family and finding love, even after the worst moment in your life. This was a slow-burn romance in a small town, and Wyatt was so sweet with Brooklyn as they went from friends-to-lovers. Throw in the crazy Bailey siblings and meddling grandma, and you’ll have plenty of laughs as you watch Wyatt and Brook fall in love. There are plenty of swoony moments and the drama is not over the top.
I fell in love with this family in the first book and I can’t wait to read about all of the siblings. -
With a Hitch by RC Boldt
This is my first time reading RC Boldt and MAN I’m so glad I did! This book was so much more than I was expecting. I was thinking fun and sexy friends to lovers sports romance, but the depth of this story and the characters was so well developed it completely captivated me. First off let me tell you, NICE GUYS DO EXIST! And boy oh boy, Dax Kendrick might be the most perfect ‘nice guy’ book boyfriend I’ve ever read. Secondly Darcy Cole is a freaking badass survivor! This book delves into some real life sh*t like multiracial dating and assault & harassment. But the real gems in this story are the relationships… they’re so genuine and heartfelt. I ABSOLUTELY cannot wait to meet and fangirl on RC at #Shameless19 in Orlando this year and I can’t wait to read more of her books!

Against All Odds by Tracie Delaney
Tracie Delaney has done it again in this second in her Brook Brothers series. She has delivered Calum, a hot, filthy-mouthed book boyfriend (who is really an asshole that gave me the most delicious love/hate feelings while I was reading) and Laurella, a strong, successful heroine. She has added some fun supporting characters, and a story with enough suspense to make it impossible to put down. The romance is off-the-charts hot, and the story is riveting. I cannot wait to devour the rest of this series!!!

Hissy Fit by Lani Lynn Vale
Nothing like having the guy you’ve secretly fantasized about trip over you in one awkward meet-cute. You feel so bad for Raleigh as she tries to navigate around her crush finally seeing her as the woman of his dreams, tripping over herself and causing a little bit of mayhem in everyone’s lives. Lani Lynn Vale knows how to inject the right amount of humor into her romances to help tone down the angst and potential heartache between the hero and heroine. This is one of the reasons I keep coming back to her stories, plus her writing is unique and half the time the blurb only gives you hints of what the true story is about.

Risky Play by Rachel Van Dyken
I absolutely loved this book! I’m a huge RVD fan, and her sports romances have been some of my favorites. This time we get a hot soccer player who is moody, broody, and angry, but playful and sexy at the same time. Mackenzie is strong, sassy and doesn’t put up with Slade’s crap. This book is sexy and fun while being emotional and romantic. It’s part second-chance, part enemies-to-lovers, and totally a romantic comedy. A fantastic cast of characters, a cute dog and a fun story make this book one you won’t want to miss.
