  • Heat Stroke by Tessa Bailey

This is the second book in the Beach Kingdom series and it does not disappoint. This is Tessa’s second trip into the M/M universe and it is amazing! Jaime Prince is smart, a bit sarcastic and reluctant to follow his heart. On the surface, Marcus O’Shaughnessy is over muscled Cross Fit freak. Their journey to their happily ever after is amazing, There is are moments that are swoon worthy and of course, the sex comes close to burning down the pages!

  • Naked Love by Jewel E Ann

OK, so I’m not gonna lie, most of Jewel’s heroines annoy the hell out of me in the beginning of every book. Avery just might be the worst spoiled diva of them all, LOL! But ahhhhh… that’s the beauty of Jewel’s stories, once you peel back the onion layers of WHY they are the way they are and uncover their redeemable qualities, travel with them on their journeys of redemption, finding their truth, their worth, their strength, their light, you end up cheering them on and rooting for them to win at life! The magical thing about this story is we got to get to the heart of the hero Jake too. He might have even more layers than Avery, come to think of it. If you love good banter, enemy to lovers angst or just a solid self discovery, becoming a better human being story, Naked love is a must read!

  • Terrible Things by Beth Bolden

This is an outstanding series debut! It took me back to my teen years when I was obsessed with boy bands. I would spend hours listening to music and reading gossip rags for the latest news. And every now and then I would imagine a glance between members. This story was much better than any fever dream conjured up by my teenaged brain. Caleb and Leo are amazing and I can’t wait for the rest of the band!

  • Little Harbour by Sophia Soames

This is a quiet, jewel of a story. The kind you want to curl up with and take your time reading, You feel like you are being drawn into Jens and Axel’s love story and their life. There isn’t any huge event in this book but it still feels important. Make sure that you don’t skip the bonus scenes at the end and make sure you have a tissue ready when you do!

  • Legacy of Succession by Anna Edwards

This book weaves a darkly twisting tale that had me on the edge of my seat until the very end. The chemistry between Nicholas and Victoria is intoxicating, even as you want her to give him a taste of his own medicine and hand his balls to him. This is a story that will stay with you even after you have finished the book – that’s how haunting it is. Grab it today, and you won’t be sorry!!!

  • Come Back Home Again by Jessica Prince

I just love this little town!!! Come Back Home Again is the 2nd book in Jessica Prince’s Hope Valley Series (which can be read as a standalone) where we meet Tempie and Hayes the towns infamous star-crossed teenage love heartbreak story of the century. This couple is reunited by tragedy and loss after tragedy and loss broke them apart over 20 years ago. Rekindling their love is the easy part, solving a devastating lifelong mystery along the way is the roller coaster this book takes you on. This story has history, swoony romance, humor, wit, heat, suspense, drama, chemistry up the wazoo and lead and support characters you will absolutely fall in love with. I can’t wait for more from Hope Valley!

  • Salvatore by Cecy Robson

Cecy Robson Author always has these alpha heroes that have a lovely gooey center for their heroine. *swoon*
Salvatore has done a lot of regrettable things to help make his brothers safe, and he doesn’t believe he deserves someone sweet and good like Adrianna. He is not always the nicest man, and he definitely runs hot and cold during their relationship. But, once you realize how stuck he is in the mafia life, trying to protect himself and those he loves and feels obligations to, your heart will hurt for him. Adrianna is a sweet, virginal, Southern woman who is not used to a gruff, tough, and unfiltered man like Salvatore. I enjoyed how she starts out wanting to help his brothers succeed, but then is drawn to Salvatore even when she can sense the darkness around him. This story is definitely grittier and a little darker than Cecy’s normal romances, but her writing will grab hold of you, you’ll fall in love with the characters and hate the bad guys even more. I hope we get his friend’s story next because, after that last chapter, I need it!

  • All Stars Fall by Rachel Van Dyken

I’ve found my new book boyfriend! He’s a single dad and a rock star! If you haven’t read the Seaside and Seaside Pictures Series by Rachel Van Dyken, you need to add it to your TBR. Is there anything more sexy than a Man who’s a great Dad? Nope. This is a classic Single-Dad-Falls-For-the-Nanny story, and you’ll immediately root for these characters to get their HEA. This book is HOT, but the touching moments and the hilarity of real life with kids make this a book you’ll want to read over and over again.

  • Crazy Imperfect Love by KL Grayson

What a cute book! One of the things I love about 1001 Dark Nights novellas is that we get new, standalone stories that are spin-offs of beloved series. I’ve not read the Big Sky nor Dirty Dicks series, but that’s OK! I enjoy a steamy workplace romance, and this one did not disappoint! The characters had mad chemistry and their love story is romantic and steamy! This quick and fun story will have you swooning!

  • The World’s Worst Boyfriend by Erika Kelly

I love when high school sweethearts reconnect and Erika wrote such a heartbreaking couple, you were cheering Fin on to break down Callie’s walls. The drama in this story was so unique and at times I just wanted to shake a few people. But, watching Fin do everything he can to be the “best” boyfriend and brother around will have you swooning. He wanted Callie back and he was focused on helping her with her project even though it was potentially detrimental to his career. Erika wrote great self-reflections for Fin and Callie, seeing their mistakes from the past from both points of view, it really helps you become immersed in their lives. She also wrote some super hot bedroom scenes that you’ll be highlighting a lot.

  • Finding Alexei by Kendall Ryan

If you need a low angst but high heat romance, then this one will have you hooked. Alexei is one of my favorite type of heroes, the swoony, gentle giant that has no problem throwing alpha vibes at his heroine. I was falling in love with him right alongside Ryleigh, watching him be the baby whisperer and overprotective man, but also letting her be strong on her own. He just loved being her rock and making her life better. And their chemistry was hot, Kendall wrote some great sex scenes and dirty thoughts that Alexei and Ryleigh had about each other. I also enjoyed the dual POV so you really got to know both characters and watch them fall in love.

  • Untouchable by Jayne Ann Krentz

I was gifted a copy of this book, so I got to read the hardcover version which was a nice change of pace! I have read a few other stories by Jayne Ann Krentz so Quinton Zane is not a stranger to me and I was happy to have closure to his story. Jack becomes obsessive almost with his case because of his past and will not stop until he has come full circle regarding Quinton. Winter Meadows helps him through a lot of the inner struggles and demons he is fighting, and their dynamic proves to be a lot more useful then he originally intended. I wanted a little more out of the ending but overall, a solid story.

  • Keep It Classy by Lani Lynn Vale

I love it when people put their differences aside to lean on each other in a time of need. Castiel and Turner were so good together once they got over their annoyance with each other. Castiel will make you swoon with all that he does for Turner. Lani Lynn Vale gave us plenty of little funny moments to break up the angst, drama and suspense. It’s one of the reasons I love reading her books, besides the regular entertainment value. Her characters are always unique with little quirks and funny sayings as her chapter headings.

  • Mr. Misunderstood by Sara Jane Stone

I love a good fake engagement story, and this one has a bonus of also being a BFFs to lovers story! Gavin and Kayla have great chemistry and banter. She’s a strong woman who loves Gavin for the little kid he used to be, and I loved that about her. Throw in a little mystery and a cast of adorable furry characters, and we have a winner!

  • Order (Tattoos and Ties Duet #2)

This is the completion of the Tattoos and Ties Duet and it is HOT! If you are missing SOA and need a good biker story this one is it! Keyes is almost the perfect biker. Smart, sexy and a heart of gold. And he is balanced perfectly by Golden Boy Alec. The first book ends in what appears to be an unsolvable situation but book two does not disappoint. I was on the edge of my seat the entire time.

  • Diamond in the Rough: Four Kings Security Book Four by Charlie Cochet

I have to be honest. When I started reading this book I was afraid it was going to be a formulaic love story with a former military hero stoically protecting a delicate genius. I am so happy I was wrong! Even though that is the surface of the characters Cochet makes sure they are much more than that! She has taken time to make sure that King and Leo are fully rounded and well matched characters. It is such an amazing adventure I had to read the other three!

  • Bennett Mafia by Tijan

Tijan wrote another awesome mafia book. I loved Riley and Kai together, watching Riley soften Kai’s edges, but also showing how tough she can be. I’m all for a strong hero, but catching glimpses of their softer sides with family and the woman they’re falling for just makes me swoon. Riley had this love/hate deal with Kai ever since she was a teen, and she tried hard to deny her attraction to him because she did not want to become involved with a mafia killer. The main plot of the story had me hooked from page 1, but Tijan snuck in these side stories that had you sitting there in awe. I don’t know how she keeps surprising me, but I’m a lifelong 1-clicker for her books. I really hope this book doesn’t stay as a standalone, I loved being in this new world and the Bennett family.

  • Undertow by Alessandra Torre

Out of the gate, I knew this book was going to be different. There’s a love triangle, but all parties are aware of it and it works for them. Hmmmmm, really? I couldn’t understand why anyone would want to live this way, but after meeting Stewart and Paul, I got it. I got that they each gave Madison something the other couldn’t. Their story makes for a complicated, crazy, beautiful love story. And that’s what this is…..a love story. Madison says it throughout the book, if it works for them, who are we to judge? But someone is judging. Someone who only sees them at the surface. And when the shit hits the fan and Madison’s worlds collide, all hell breaks loose. The writing os this book is spectacular. It’s super steamy (Madison has a strong sexual appetite), sexy and engaging. I was hooked from the first page. And I love a book with a WTF moment. This one is a doozy, I actually had to put the book down and walk away for a minute. It was that good. I could see why Madison was in love with both men, and I loved them too.

  • Buried Hearts by C. E. Johnson

This was my second C. E. Johson book, but it will not be my last! I really enjoy her characters, and the ways she weaves her stories. Paul and Jolene have both made mistakes in their past, but their story is enchanting, and it’s impossible not to enjoy it. The suspense in the story is well played, and the chemistry is super hot. It’s the third book in the series, and it’s not necessary to read the first two in order to get into this one, although be prepared to want to pick the other two books up to get more of these characters! Get into this world today, and you won’t regret it!

  • Halo by Ella Frank and Brooke Blaine

Halo is the opening book in another super hot series from Ella Frank and Brooke Blaine. Set against the drama of resurrecting a near dead rock band this story has the scorching sexual tension that the team is known for! This book has all the best hallmarks of a fantastic rock star love story! I loved watching Viper seduce and claim Halo. I am on pins and needles for the next installment!

  • Submit by Lana Sky

Maxim gives Frankie are a match made in heaven. One seeks pain and one loves dealing it out. This was a HOT book! If you are into BDSM, this is a must read for you. Blood play, pleasure mixed with a heavy dose of pain and a whole lot of control sums up the way these two interact. Frankie is intriguing. You learn a lot about her backstory and why she craves what she craves. Maxim fulfills her every need, physically, mentally, emotionally. The writing is flawless and detailed. You become truly captivated with the world you are immersing yourself in. This series looks like it will be a favorite of mine!

  • Rain by C. E. Johnson

This is a great story with main characters overcoming dark pasts and learning to love, and supporting characters that are so much fun. Luther may be my favorite supporting character from any of the books that I have read lately. Both Rain and Charlie have dark pasts for different reasons, and watching them overcome those pasts and learn to love each other made a story that was difficult to put down. Also, there is just enough suspense in this book to keep you on the edge of your seat. This will not be my last book written by C. E. Johnson!!!

  • Sweet Liar by Laurelin Paige

Fun and flirty, this taboo romance is HOT! I’ve loved all of the books in the Dirty Filthy Series and Sweet Liar is a great addition. Young, inexperienced Audrey needs older, sexy Dylan to teach her all about sex, while daring him to not fall for her. Their encounters are sexy, steamy and slightly on the dirty side. I really enjoyed their story and I can’t wait to see how everything turns out.

  • The Last Letter by Rebecca Yarros

This was my first story by Rebecca, and she made me feel all these emotions during and after reading this romance. I’m still in a book hangover, and not afraid to admit I cried during a few parts of the story.
I loved how Rebecca wove in the letters Ella and Beckett wrote to each other into the story, you fell in love with them a little bit more after reading their words. Poor Ella has lost almost all of her family and Beckett never had a family, except the men on his special ops team. They were a perfect match, creating a new family from family tragedy. Beckett was so sweet, always there to help Ella with whatever she needed, never pushing her for more than she could handle. It was a slow-burn romance in that they don’t really become a couple until the last quarter of the book. When reading their letters before that, you can see they fell in love with each other months ago but didn’t realize it.

  • House of Payne: Tag by Stacy Gail

This is the first book I have read in the House of Payne series and it will not be my last! Tag & Ivy’s story is a complicated one. I love a hot tattoo artists and Tag encompasses that. His first encounter with Ivy is explosive and it basically sets the tone for the rest of the story. She is sassy and beyond strong. I love when female character can overpower even the strongest of alphas! There were a few points throughout this book where I wasn’t quite sure if she was going to ever give in and let Tag love her and protect her the way he so desperately wanted to. I really loved the push and pull aspect Stacy Gail painted between them. It made the payoff at the end even better!

  • When August Ends by Penelope Ward

A lot of times in May-December romances, the younger character is often “old beyond their years” or the older character is “young at heart”. What I really enjoyed about the is book is that Heather and Noah both acted their age. Heather was not immature, but acted as a 20 year old should act and Noah was your average 35 year old divorced guy. Their love story was romantic and evolved organically, even though the reason Noah came to meet Heather was not. There’s a lot of emotion and angst that kept the story flowing nicely. Another great book from Penelope Ward!

  • The Blame Game by Tracie Delaney

This was the first book I have read by Tracie Delaney, and I was super impressed. I am definitely going to read the rest of the Brook brothers series ASAP. The series starts off with sparks flying between Jax, a sweetheart of a book boyfriend, and Indie, a girl with a dark past and a few secrets. Their story had me on the edge of my seat, laughing, crying, and rooting for them. There is some intrigue in here, and everything isn’t answered in the first book, so be prepared to read the others soon after! The world of the Brook brothers will hook you and leave you begging for more!!!

  • Motion by Penny Reid

I FLOVE Penny Reid… like really F’ing love her writing! I feel like my IQ raises every time I read one of her books. I mean, what other romance authors use words like ‘amalgamation’ in the very first paragraph…NONE! In this first installment of the Laws of Physics series we meet the unassuming, beautiful and quirky genius Mona and her broody, musically gifted babysitter Abram. Family drama forces them into a week of intimate acquaintance where the incipient chemistry is palpable and almost maddening. This gem ends in a cliffy of EPIC proportions, but thankfully we don’t need to wait too long for the next installment Space, coming March 11th. I know I’ll be refreshing my kindle non-stop on that day waiting to get another fix of this addicting story!

  • Awake by Ashleigh Giannoccaro

Ashleigh Giannoccaro is a master at writing disturbing tales! Awake spins a sick and twisted web about a man totally and completely obsessed with a woman who has no idea she is being stalked. Poor Ivy thinks she is going crazy when things in her apartment are moved and out of place. She starts questioning herself and doesn’t understand what is happening. Little does she know that Kian is sneaking in at night watching her, touching her, kissing her. I loved the suspenseful tone throughout the story. You know what is happening is wrong, but you cannot stop reading and wondering what will happen next. I’ll be making sure all my windows and doors are locked tonight, I’ll give you that! Cannot wait for the next piece of this!

  • Billionaire by Kate Gilead

Brad & Cherry have that classic “we love each other but we aren’t going to talk about it at all” thing going on. They’ve known each other for a long time and after a bizarre encounter, fate puts them in one another’s path again. There is a lot of back and forth banter and teasing which I love because it helps the story build and build. When it gets sexy, it gets SEXY! An enjoyable read that leaves you pleased!
